혼란스러운 채로 서 있어요. 주위는 무척이나 평온하네요. 변화의 바람은 황폐하게 하죠. 난 이렇게 많은 걸 감당해야 했어요. 도망칠 곳도 없고 숨을 이유도 없어요. 난 계속 노력하겠어요. 날 지탱해 주던 모든 것들이 무너져 내렸죠. 난 이제 떠오르는 태양을 들을 수 있어요.  내가 원하지만 내게 필요치 않는 모든 것들로 둘러싸여져서 난 어리석음으로 눈이 멀었었죠. 내 자신의 모습을 모두 잃어버린 채 가끔은 가장 두려워하는 것이 당신에게 필요한 거죠. 그 길을 찾기 위한 저기 저 골목길에서, 난 교훈을 얻었죠. 난 이제 볼 수 있는 눈을 가졌어요. 허리케인, 허리케인 때론 그것이 고통을 씻어버릴 수 있는 유일한 것이죠. 허리케인, 허리케인 때론 그것이 당신을 되돌려놓을 수 있는 유일한 것이죠. 독이 되는 향락을 즐기며 내 자신을 고립시키며 지냈죠. 하지만 바람은 강하고 솔직했어요. 하지만 난 이제 보물이 어디 있는지 알아요. 그것들은 단지 내 시야를 막고 있었기 때문이죠. 난 돌아내려 가려고 해요. 하지만 길을 잘 모르겠어요. 집으로 가는 길을 찾아야 해요. 심장이 터질 듯이 고통스러워요. 내가 어떻게 이 껍질을 부술 수 있을까요. 허리케인, 허리케인  때론 그것이 고통을 씻어버릴 수 있는 유일한 것이죠.  허리케인, 허리케인  때론 그것이 당신을 되돌려놓을 수 있는 유일한 것이죠. 때때로 난 울었지만, 눈물은 나오지 않았어요. 때때로 난 벽들을 깨려고 시도했고 그리고 당신의 사랑을 느끼려고 했었죠. 하지만 난 살아서 돌아왔어요. 마침내 나의 길을 찾았을 때 허리케인, 허리케인  때론 그것이 고통을 씻어버릴 수 있는 유일한 것이죠.  허리케인, 허리케인  때론 그것이 당신을 되돌려놓을 수 있는 유일한 것이죠.
